The City Dance Academy follows the ISTD Imperial ballet syllabus. Not only is this one of the most graceful forms of dance there is, but classical ballet also forms a very strong base for all other subjects. We strive to develop a strong understanding of correct technique and help pupils to attain maximum levels of achievement. From grade 3 ballet, it is compulsory for all students that want to be entered for examinations to take 2 ballet classes per week to reach the required standards.
